Privacy Policy

  • We respect the need for privacy in our clients, and we do realise the importance of feeling safe and secure whenever a client transacts with us. Please note that we are fully committed towards protecting our clients’ personal information, and take all possible steps to ensure that transactions at are absolutely secure
  • We do collect personally identifiable information from our clients via feedback forms and surveys, but in this case it is voluntarily provided by the clients, as this information is used by us to make our products and services better and more accurate. This also ensures that their entire experience with us is more rewarding.  We do not share the personal information of clients to others
  • We do not, as a matter of policy, disclose any personally identifiable information to third parties unless the customers give us their prior express consent. Still, it is pertinent to note, that under certain circumstances such as a court order or under prevailing government norms, we may be compelled to disclose such information.
  • Once the appointment has been set up whether telephonically or for face to face discussion; the rescheduling of an appointment can only take place on mutual agreement. If there is a reschedule from the client’s end; it has to be minimum 6 hours before the appointment.
  • Order once placed does not imply to be interchanged against any other service unless owners of agree to it. In case of change of mind from the client’s end against the order placed at; there shall be no refund or return in any case.
